Meet Rachael Territo, your board-certified nurse practitioner extraordinaire! Graduating in 2015, Rachael's journey began at Trocaire College for her nursing degree before leveling up at D'Youville University for her master's.
But Rachael's not your average healthcare pro – she's a dynamo who lives and breathes for this industry and her clients. Fueled by a passion for learning, she's always on the cutting edge, attending classes and soaking up knowledge to bring you the latest and greatest treatments. With certifications in botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, medical weight loss and more, she's your go-to gal for feeling fabulous inside and out.
When she's not busy making magic happen in the clinic, Rachael's rocking the mom life with her two awesome boys, Trent and Tucker, and her main squeeze, Jeffrey Crooks. They're her crew, her joy, and her reason to smile. And let's not forget her love for the great outdoors – you'll often find her soaking up the sun and salty air along the Gulf Coast, her happy place!

Kristina
Get ready to meet Kristina, the heart and soul of our practice, brimming with infectious energy and a passion for helping our clients! With a degree in Medical Management from Pennsylvania College of Tech, Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
What truly sets Kristina apart is her passion for building meaningful connections with our clients. Whether she’s offering a warm welcome at the front desk or sharing her insights during consultations, her friendly and approachable nature always stands out. Kristina is dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends, consistently expanding her expertise through ongoing training and meetings with our product reps.
Beyond her professional life, Kristina is a proud mother to Nathan, Kaleigh, and Braelynn, and a cherished Gigi to Kaynin, Kopelynn and Charlie Mae. When she's not busy at the practice, you can find her enjoying quality time with her kids and grandkids, taking leisurely walks, or satisfying her wanderlust with travel adventures.

Krystal
Your newly married master esthetician who will have you leaving radiant as ever. She took an entrepreneurial pursuit after her schooling.
Krystal is the magic behind the scenes, bringing the aesthetic touch that leaves our clients feeling absolutely radiant. With her keen eye for beauty and dedication, she works tirelessly to ensure that every client leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.
But Krystal's world doesn't stop there. Family time holds a special place in her heart, and she treasures every moment spent with her loved ones. Whether it's a cozy night in with her fiancé and daughter or jetting off to new destinations to experience the wonders of the world, Krystal embraces life with open arms and a contagious enthusiasm.

Kaleigh
Kaleigh is a dedicated healthcare professional whose passion for helping others is rooted in real-life experience and a strong clinical foundation. A graduate of Bolivar-Richburg High School, she began her medical journey at Olean General Hospital, where she developed the knowledge and compassion that continue to guide her work today. Over the past eight years, Kaleigh has worked alongside Rachael, making the transition from family medicine into aesthetics—now playing a key role in helping empower and uplift women through her work at Rachael’s Med Spa.
Her genuine love for the field shines through in every service she provides. Kaleigh has quickly become a client favorite for her expertise in laser hair removal and her growing passion for customized facials. With a perfect balance of skill and care, she’s dedicated to helping each client look and feel their absolute best.
Outside the treatment room, Kaleigh’s world revolves around her family. She loves spending time with her fiancé, Lucas, and their two children, Kaynin and Kopelynn. A true outdoor enthusiast, she’s happiest hunting, fishing, or riding side by sides—and soaking up every special moment with her loved ones, especially her niece, Charlie Mae.
Braelynn
Braelynn is one of the newest members of the Rachael’s Med Spa team, and she’s already making an impact with her warm presence and passion for wellness. A proud mom to Charlie Mae and wife to Riley, Braelynn knows firsthand how important it is to feel strong, confident, and balanced—especially while juggling a busy life.
She’s currently finishing her studies in exercise and nutrition, with a clear vision to empower others through movement, mindful living, and self-care. Whether she’s hitting the gym, riding dirt bikes with her family, or diving into the latest in wellness education, Braelynn brings dedication and heart to everything she does.
At the spa, she combines her growing clinical knowledge with a genuine understanding of what real women need—offering support, encouragement, and motivation to help you show up for yourself. Her mission? To guide you toward a healthier, more energized version of you—one that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
